Meet the Management Team

Terry Birt, General Sales Manager

Terry began with the company in 1995.  She received numerous awards, including Associate of the Year twice.  She ranks in the top 5% of production for Prudential nationwide. Terry's passion is helping new agents to be as competitive as any top producer.  She currently serves on the Millbrae Planning Commission and also served on the San Mateo County Association of Realtors' Legislative Committee and the San Mateo Country Association of Realtor's Education Committee. 

Mark Hasha, Technology Manager

Mark joined the company in 1999. Skilled in technology and relationship building, Mark trains with a calm, down to earth approach. Mark continually train's the team on how to use their websites to there maximum marketing exposure.  His training also includes social networking sites, such as twitter, facebook, etc.  A family man with two children, Mark understands the importance of balance between one's personal and professional lives.  

Karin Cunningham, Mall Manager & Social Network Coordinator

Karin joined the company in 1998, earning Rookie of the Year.  Karin's energy, enthusiasm and bilingual skills are clearly some of the factors that placed her in the top 3% of the Prudential nationwide.  In addition, Karin has four children and served as President of the San Bruno Chamber of Commerce.
