The firms of Trotter Realty and the Vogel Co. Realtors merged in 1993 to meet a mutual goal; "To better serve our clients in today's marketplace". The merging of the two companies blended the best ingredients for success:

Our Mission StatementWe are Prudential California Realty, headquartered in San Bruno, California, with kiosks located at The Shops at Tanforan and Serramonte Mall.
