New Agent Program

Here at Prudential California Realty in San Bruno, years of experience in training and mentoring top producers have shown us the importance of a top notch training program in order for our agents to reach full potential. Our training and mentoring programs are in three levels:

1. A complete training and mentoring program for new licensees.
2. A continuing intermediate program designed to achieve higher levels of success.
3. A full spectrum of programs and support systems for top producers to ensure they are always on the cutting edge and leaders in our industry.

New Licensees:

We specialize in training new licensees to become top producers, with the most comprehensive new licensee training progam available. Our new licensees are trained completely by our unique management team. Our training managers have all achieved top producer status and share their knowledge and skills in this training program.

You will attend live in-house training sessions with this management, and the team will additionally be your one-on-one mentor for the first six months of your career here. Every real estate contract, disclosure and document is taught in our new agent classes. Every aspect of salesmanship and duties of an agent is thoroughly presented. A six month business plan will be developed for you personally, and the management team will mentor your progress with you. You will be taught how to get clients and how to grow your real estate business. Every aspect of our profession is covered thoroughly. Our managers will be with you on your first sales and listings and will mentor you through each transaction.

We are always happy to have you visit our office, look over a detailed outline of the classes covered in our training program, and meet our management team and our agents. Most of our top producers started with us as new licensees!

It has been our specialty to help agents who have been in the business but have been unable to reach their goals because of needed training/mentoring programs or management support. We evaluate each agent carefully to ensure that the agent is fully knowledgeable of all subjects missed or any in which more strength is needed. We will then proceed with a personalized business plan for you and provide the training and support you need to attain your current and future goals.
